           time offset for histwin has been set to 
            NEW WFD 21 --> 25 (9.472ns shift)
            OLD WFD 16 --> 20 
            except Si-5 strips (51,52,53,54,55,56,57,58) these strips
	    are remained to be same.

      swapped strips (15,16 <==> 23,24, and 51,52 <==> 59,60) are

   the energy coeficients are devided by 1.081.
